Government Delegation to India
Dr Florian Kongoli participated in an official government delegation in India accompanying Honourable Mr. Jean Charest, the Prime Minister of Quebec, Clément Gignac, the Minister of Economic Development, Innovation and Exportation and Pierre Arcand, Minister of International Relations.
During this very successful visit Dr. Kongoli had the occasion in Delhi to meet the Nobel Price Laureate Dr R.K. Pachauri and well as Prime Minister of Finland, Greece and Norway.
